Volunteers at this warm and inviting Aarhus café serve Fair Trade coffee, vegan food and more!

Café Mellemfolk, located at Mejlgade 53, is more than an ordinary café – it’s a café with principles! We’re run by volunteers, we have high standards for every item on our menu, and we donate our proceeds to projects around the globe working for a more sustainable and just world.

At Café Mellemfolk, you can enjoy a Fair Trade coffee beverage and good prices. Or choose from our wide range of organic beers that includes lagers, IPAs and more. And if you’re hungry, order a delicious vegan panini on homemade bread. We have something for everyone – and we have plenty of room for both you and your friends!

We host all sorts of events, from concerts to talks and debates.
